Lawyer referral programme terms

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Terms of the credits Slawly gives when a firm brings another lawyer to the platform.

Organiser

[Company name], tax ID [NIF], registered at [Registered address], owner of Slawly.

Who takes part

Firms with at least one verified lawyer on Slawly, which get their own invitation link, and the lawyers who sign up with that link. Taking part is free and needs no purchase.

How to invite

The firm shares its link itself. Slawly doesn't send invitations by email.

Only new accounts created with the link count. An account that already existed doesn't.

Only a sign-up with email and password made from the link counts; signing up with Google or other providers does not keep the invitation.

Rewards

To the invited lawyer's firm: 25 promotional credits when we verify their bar membership.

To the inviting firm: 50 promotional credits when the invited lawyer is verified and leads at least one matter on Slawly.

At most 10 rewards per inviting firm each calendar year.

When there is no reward

If the invited lawyer is in the inviting firm, or their bar number already belongs to a lawyer of that firm or counted in another invitation.

If the inviting firm has already reached its yearly maximum. The invited lawyer keeps their credits.

What they are for and when they expire

Only for hires of clients the platform introduces. They are spent after plan credits and before bought ones.

They can't be exchanged for money or moved to another firm, and they don't affect the order lawyers are shown in or the cases they receive.

They expire six months after they are given. Whatever is unspent by then is lost.

Professional ethics

The programme rewards bringing lawyers to the platform, never passing clients on or sharing fees between lawyers.

Other terms

We may withdraw credits obtained with false details or duplicate accounts.

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
