Purpose

Slawly is a platform that gives lawyers and law firms a workspace to manage their matters, and gives clients a directory of verified lawyers in Spain.

Slawly does not provide legal advice. The professional relationship is established directly between the client and the lawyer or firm they choose.

Terms of use

By accessing and using the site you accept this legal notice. You agree to use the platform lawfully, not to impersonate others and to provide accurate information.

Only lawyers whose bar membership has been checked manually are listed in the directory. That check is not an assessment of their professional work.

Intellectual and industrial property

Slawly's content, design, code and trademarks belong to [Company name] or its licensors. They may not be reproduced without express permission.

Documents and content uploaded by users remain their property.

Liability

Slawly is not responsible for the information users publish in their profiles or cases, nor for the outcome of professional services engaged through the platform.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors.

Articles published by lawyers

Verified lawyers can publish articles and guides on Slawly. Each article carries its author's name; the author alone is responsible for its content and for respecting professional secrecy and the bar's ethical and advertising rules.

Slawly hosts that content and doesn't review it before it is published. Anyone can report an article from its page; once we have actual knowledge that it is unlawful or harms third parties' rights, we remove it promptly (art. 16 of the LSSI).

Articles are general information and don't replace a lawyer's advice on a specific case.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
